My client is a family owned and operated dealership, operating in the stunning coastal town of Broome WA. A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced Vehicle Sales Consultant to join their dealership.
This role will have you working with a leading brand in New vehicles, and also selling their certified Used Vehicles.
Broome is a beach resort town in western Australia’s Kimberley region. Along its Indian Ocean coastline, the white sands of 22km-long Cable Beach offer a dramatic backdrop for sunset camel rides. At Gantheaume Point nearby, dinosaur tracks are revealed in the beach’s red rocks during low tide. Broome’s historic Chinatown overlooks Roebuck Bay, a jumping off point for cruises to local pearl farms.
About the role:

• Selling new & used vehicles
• Gaining business from new and existing customers
• Meeting Key Performance Indicators
• Understanding customer objectives, buying criteria and decision-making processes.
• Ensuring that you provide top level customer service
• Maintaining a high level of knowledge about all vehicles and products
• Identifying and exceeding our customer's needs, with in-depth advice and service

Skills and experience

• Previous vehicle sales experience
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Leadership and motivational skills
• Exceptional communication skills
• The ability to achieve results & profile customer needs
• Current driver's license
• Full Australian working rights

This role comes with a great remuneration package, that will be discussed at interviews, but top performers will be earning a 6-figure salary.
