TEN Recruitment is partnering with a leading Perth-based construction company to find an experienced Contracts Administrator . With a strong pipeline of commercial and education projects, this is a great opportunity to take the next step in your career, working with a dynamic and supportive team.Your Role:
- Manage project contracts, budgets, and procurement activities
- Administer subcontractor agreements, variations, and claims
- Liaise with project managers, consultants, suppliers, and clients
- Ensure all project documentation is compliant and up-to-date
- Support financial forecasting and regular project reporting
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Contracts Administrator role within commercial or education sectors
- Strong knowledge of contract management, cost control, and compliance
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Experience using construction software (CHEOPS and Procore preferred)
- Perth-based experience and full Australian working rights are essential
- Salary package between $120K – $150K + Super (DOE)
