Description:
The key responsibilities of this role is:
- Supporting HR team in daily tasks and operations.
- Assisting in the recruitment process and on boarding of new staff.
- Coordinating employee training and development programs.
- Maintaining personnel records and ensuring data accuracy.
- Contributing to employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
- Assisting with the administration of HR policies and procedures.
- Responding to employee queries regarding HR-related issues.
- Participating in HR projects and initiatives as required.
Requirements:
A successful People Services Officer should have:
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience in HR roles within the Energy & Natural Resources industry.
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A team-oriented mindset and commitment to collaborative work.
