About the Opportunity
We’re seeking a skilled Management Accountant to join a high-performing finance team. In this role, you will partner with senior leaders across multiple business units to provide strategic financial insights, budgetary advice, and high-level reporting. You will play a key role in supporting business planning, forecasting, and financial performance across a dynamic operating environment.
You’ll have the opportunity to work across diverse stakeholders and contribute to major financial initiatives. Your analytical skills, commercial acumen, and ability to influence outcomes will be critical to success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide financial advice and analysis to senior stakeholders to drive effective and compliant cost management;
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and performance insights for a defined portfolio of internal clients;
• Partner with the business on financial strategies and risk management;
• Contribute to the development of business cases and strategic plans; and
• Lead and support the implementation of financial governance and compliance frameworks.

About You

• CA / CPA Qualification;
• Proven experience in management or financial accounting, preferably in complex or regulated environments;
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders;
• Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and stakeholder engagement; and
• A proactive, collaborative, and outcomes-driven approach.
