The Role
As a Membership Consultant (Casual) , you’ll play a key role in driving membership growth and ensuring our current members continue to feel supported on their fitness journey. You’ll work closely with the club team to:
• Generate leads and convert them into memberships
• Retain current members by promoting our culture and services
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships
• Assist with marketing efforts and local business engagement
• Maintain a welcoming, clean, and vibrant club environment.
• Be available to work evenings, Fridays, and Saturdays.
• Paid in line with the Fitness Industry Award
- If considered for this role, you will be required to provide the following:
- First Aid
- CPR
- Police Check
- Working with Children Check
