Description:
Reporting to the GM, this hands-on and widely scoped role will involve but not be limited to:
- Analyse and negotiate pricing and contract terms
- Manage financial forecasting and risk analysis.
- Develop and implement strategic commercial plans.
- Business partner with sales & marketing
- Drive budgets and forecasts
- Negotiate and finalise commercial agreements & liaise directly with clients
- Formulation of contracts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Review market trends and competitor activity
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
Requirements:
A successful Commercial Manager should have:
- A tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Exposure to a similar field / role
- Immediate availability
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong financial forecasting and strategic planning abilities.
- Superior negotiation skills
- A solid understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
