Description:

Reporting to the GM, this hands-on and widely scoped role will involve but not be limited to:

  • Analyse and negotiate pricing and contract terms
  • Manage financial forecasting and risk analysis.
  • Develop and implement strategic commercial plans.
  • Business partner with sales & marketing
  • Drive budgets and forecasts
  • Negotiate and finalise commercial agreements & liaise directly with clients
  • Formulation of contracts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Review market trends and competitor activity
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders and clients.

Requirements:

A successful Commercial Manager should have:

  • A tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Exposure to a similar field / role
  • Immediate availability
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong financial forecasting and strategic planning abilities.
  • Superior negotiation skills
  • A solid understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
