Description:
This role involves managing the configuration, upgrades, and maintenance of HR systems, particularly HCM (Dayforce), while troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. You will engage with stakeholders to align business processes and systems architecture, offering specialist expertise for system improvements. The position requires providing advice to leadership on compliance, audit, and management of P&C systems. You'll support other subject matter experts in anticipating and addressing business needs. A key responsibility is ensuring system performance meets expectations, working closely with ITS and users. You'll also manage data extraction for integrations, migrations, and audits as necessary. The role involves researching compliant improvements and aligning them with university objectives. Additionally, you will review policies and procedures related to system management. The position requires a balance of independent and collaborative decision-making. Adherence to the university's OH&S policies and other duties as assigned are also important aspects of the role
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience designing and supporting third party HR/payroll system integration
- Experience as a HRIS Technical Lead in Dayforce
- Experience in HR/Payroll Systems including AscenderPay, PageUp, Oracle HCM
- Demonstrated experience in Oracle simple query language.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities whilst working multiple projects simultaneously to consistently deliver high quality outcomes
- Project management skills will be highly regarded
