WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?
As our paid media manager, your main responsibility will be to devise innovative strategies across our portfolio of paid client accounts, this means applying your creativity from conceptualisation, design and copy straight through to targeting and optimisation. The role will be centred around paid social, however, we require paid search and programmatic skills as some of our clients may need assistance on an ad hoc basis, we like to be fully equipped for this! Day to day, you will liaise with our account managers to track progress and any important changes on requirements. You will use this information to delegate any implementations, tracking and optimisation work to the team below yourself who work offshore. You will need to be data-driven, as you will use performance metrics and ad performance to back your strategies.

YOU WILL NEED...
- 1+ years' experience in paid search and paid social within a specialist environment
- Agency experience
- Previous experience in creating strategy across a variety of different industries
- Previous experience in creating strategy across various campaign types, lead gen, etc
- A strong understanding of social media ad platforms and the Google Suite
- The desire to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- Experience managing budgets over $50K for campaigns monthly
- A portfolio showcasing your successes and work or examples of work
