About the role

Reporting to the Head of Digital NZ, the Digital Content Producer will be responsible for producing a range of our print content into SEO optimised digital content articles for our websites - womansday.co.nz, yourhomeandgarden.co.nz and nzwomansweeklyfood.co.nz. Social media also plays a significant part of this role, driving awareness to our print brands and increasing our online engagement through their storytelling abilities.

In addition to content producing, social media and SEO optimisation, this role will support our content commerce strategy, utilising expert guidance,tools and data-driven insights to create shopping content to promote to our audience.

Duties

  • Production of print content across Are Media NZ's websites - womansday.co.nz, nzwomansweeklyfood.co.nz and yourhomeandgarden.co.nz
  • Promotion of content across our suite of social media brands
  • Creation and optimisation of content commerce shopping guides
  • SEO optimisation focusing on key content categories

Skills and experience

Content creation experience is preferred - this role will be supported by the wider team with training and best-practice. We love to see passion for any of our key content categories of women's lifestyle, entertainment, shopping, food and home interiors. Use of any social media platforms, CMS, analytics or data-driven tools is preferred.
