For the artist, it is the painting. For the pianist, it is the music. And for our more than 10,000 colleagues at Korn Ferry, it is people. It's why we do what we do. First, last and always, leadership is about unleashing potential in others. Their success, performance and inspiration are our aspiration.
A career at Korn Ferry means thriving in a diverse, autonomous, and flexible environment. Excellence is consistently recognized and rewarded, empowering you to share your ideas and follow them through. And, because we're all about taking talent further, you can look forward to exceptional training and development.
Korn Ferry's Executive Search business helps organizations recruit board-level, chief executive, and other C-suite/senior executive and general management talent to deliver lasting impact. Our approach to placing talent brings together our research-based IP, proprietary assessments and behavioural interviewing with our practical experience to determine the ideal organizational fit. Salary benchmarking then helps us build appropriate frameworks for compensation and attraction.
As an Executive Search Intern with Korn Ferry, you will have the opportunity to learn about our company, our capabilities and solutions. You will gain first-hand experience of working on client projects as part of a team, and you will get to learn from solution and industry experts throughout the program through on-the job and structured learning sessions.
You will also have the opportunity to build networks with colleagues and peer groups locally and internationally with peers taking part in Korn Ferry's Intern program in other international offices.
This is an 8-week in-office Internship program and there will be an expectation for all Interns to work in our Sydney office 5 days per week.
If you do well, you may be offered a graduate role for 2026.

- Korn Ferry is not able to sponsor applicants for these roles, so please note that you must have full authorisation to work in Australia (student visas are not eligible).
- We look for a diverse range of skills and experience and are interested in candidates who are actively involved in extracurricular activities whilst successfully balancing academic study.

- You must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint with the ability to learn new systems.
