BMCC’s Customer Service Centres are a fast-paced and sometimes challenging work environment where excellent customer service is delivered by friendly professional staff.
The successful candidate will provide advice, assistance and direction to internal and external customers through our multi-service delivery channels which includes call centre, front counter and back-office environments. The position handles customer information, enquiries, and payments, maintaining systems and standard operating procedures to legislative requirements.
Certificate level qualifications with excellent communication skills and relevant work experience in a high volume, customer focused, team-based service environment. You will have proven experience in the use of technology to deliver transactions, including cashiering activities, interpreting and explaining forms, plans and processes and in dealing with challenging customer interactions with people from diverse cultures and ages and backgrounds.
You will be required to wear a compulsory uniform (supplied) as part of this position.
Remuneration: base salary commencing at $63,615 (pro-rata) gross per annum +11.5% superannuation + performance payment 1% - 3.5% annual salary + annual award increaseFor further information contact: Coral De Losa on 4780 5025.Closing date: 18 May 2025
