Attractive base salary commencing at $113,975 per annum
The Whitsunday Regional Council is situated at the heart of the Great Barrier Reef. The region encompasses the 74 tropical Whitsunday Islands, the coastal towns of Cannonvale, Airlie Beach, Jubilee Pocket, Shute Harbour and Bowen along with the rural towns of Proserpine and Collinsville. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a committed, efficient and organised Safety and Compliance Officer at Whitsunday Coast Airport. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all operational documentation, systems and procedures for Whitsunday Regional Council’s airports at Proserpine, Bowen and Mt Coolon are fit for purpose and implemented with a focus on safe, effective and compliant operations.
Essential
Must possess and maintain a current Queensland C Class Manual Motor Vehicle Drivers Licence.
Tertiary Qualifications in a relevant discipline.
Desirable
Aviation Security Identification Card.
