Description:
Robert Half is exclusively engaged with a family-owned company that operates across 30+ locations, employing 1,800 staff members, to find a Software Support Analyst. This newly created role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a custom ERP system, while laying the groundwork for future growth in areas like software engineering, business analysis, or testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support for the company's ERP system, helping users resolve system-related issues.
- Log and manage support requests using a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolutions or escalations.
- Test system fixes, updates, and new features for desktop and mobile applications.
- Train users to improve system adoption and functionality understanding.
- Collaborate with developers and testers to resolve system problems.
- Assist in defining business requirements and documenting processes for improvement.
- Travel to site as required.
About You:
- Good communicator with a focus on helping users.
- Interested in learning more about systems and technology.
- Some experience in software support, ideally with business systems or ERP.
- Comfortable with ticketing systems or similar support workflows.
- Interested in business analysis, testing, or software engineering for future career growth.
