- Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Develop and implement customer retention strategies
- Provide regular updates to management regarding customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Reach out to warm clients to retain business
- Maintain thorough knowledge of company products and services
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with customers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Requirements:
A successful Customer Retention Officer should have:
- Prior customer service experience
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in CRM systems and practices
- Strong analytical skills with a passion for understanding customer needs
- A team player mentality and the ability to collaborate across departments
Conditions:
- $30-$32 per hour
