Description:

  • Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Develop and implement customer retention strategies
  • Provide regular updates to management regarding customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Reach out to warm clients to retain business
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of company products and services
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with customers
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Requirements:

A successful Customer Retention Officer should have:

  • Prior customer service experience
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and practices
  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for understanding customer needs
  • A team player mentality and the ability to collaborate across departments

Conditions:

  • $30-$32 per hour
