We’re Looking For – Sous Chef
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role
- Confident managing service and supporting Head Chef with day-to-day operations
- Strong understanding of stock control, ordering, and kitchen systems
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Passion for delivering high-quality dishes and supporting team development
- Creative flair with input into menu development and specials
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to confidently run your own section during service
- Reliable, calm under pressure, and takes pride in presentation
- Keen to learn, grow, and support the team
- High standards of food safety and hygiene
