Description:
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes for assigned business units or regions
- Perform in-depth financial analysis, including profitability, pricing, margin, and variance analysis, to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Develop and refine financial models to support scenario planning and strategic initiatives
- Act as a trusted finance business partner to commercial and operational teams, providing insight that drives decision-making and supports strategic initiatives
- Assist in the preparation of board-level presentations and reporting for senior leadership
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting tools, and systems and identify opportunities for automation and increased efficiency
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and relevant accounting standards
Requirements:
- Degree in accounting with CA/CPA qualification
- Proven experience in a senior commercial finance role
- Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities and experience with financial modelling
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience within FMCG, retail, or manufacturing is a strong advantage
