Flexible Part-Time | ideal structure (9:30am to 1:30pm, 4 days, Tues - Fri)

$45–$70/hr | Pay negotiable based on experience and engagement type (employee or contractor).

About the Role

The role is designed to support the owner of Online is Easy by streamlining internal processes, managing communication, and coordinating task flow between clients, contractors, and tech platforms. You will be the bridge between our business systems and the people who rely on them.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing Google Workspace and domain name subscriptions
  • Monitoring inboxes and responding or escalating support/admin queries
  • Organising tasks and tracking job priorities using our internal tools (e.g., Toggl)
  • Assisting with client onboarding and communication
  • Helping manage freelancer briefs and contractor support
  • Keeping records, subscriptions, and portals accurate and up to date
  • Light accounts admin tasks such as sending invoices, tracking payments, and following up on overdue accounts

This is not an entry-level role: we need someone who is confident juggling multiple tasks, following up with stakeholders, and keeping things moving behind the scenes.

To be Successful in this Role, You will have:

  • Solid experience in business coordination, administration, and operation
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Good people skills and the ability to manage your own calendar.
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail
  • Technical confidence and the desire to learn new technology (especially Google Workspace & Gemini AI)
  • Ability to work independently and stay on top of follow-ups
  • Comfortable working in hybrid environment: in-office, remotely, and the possibility of away work

Bonus points for:

  • Experience in a digital marketing or IT business and/or skills with Google Workspace + Gemini AI, Squarespace CMS, domain name management, and SEO tools.
  • An understanding of cloud computing and SaaS
  • A background in supporting small business clients or freelance teams
  • Familiarity with digital content formatting, file management, or simple online tasks

This Role Is NOT for You If:

  • You struggle with digital tools or get easily flustered by shifting priorities
  • You need constant direction or supervision
  • You find admin work tedious or repetitive
  • You avoid proactive communication or chasing up loose ends
