Your role
Responsibilities
- Performing due diligence on prospective investments and participating in the investment process from origination to deal closing.
- Meeting with potential borrowers and conducting industry/strategy research.
- Conducting quantitative or financial analysis and drafting investment memoranda.
- Modeling and evaluating various deal structures.
- Assisting with structuring and negotiating deal term sheets.
- Reviewing credit agreements and loan documentation.
- Improving existing team processes.
About you
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Prior relevant internship experience or a strong interest in private investing.
- A desire to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks.
- Strong financial modeling skills and experience with transactions.
- Excellent technical proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent attention to detail and good judgment.
- Intellectual curiosity and a strong work ethic.
- Currently enrolled as a full-time undergraduate or Master’s (excluding MBA) degree student with anticipated graduation between mid-2026 to end 2026.
