Support day-to-day operations in a dynamic, fast-paced startup focused on payroll compliance.
Your role
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including employee records and financial reports.
- Collaborate with finance for timely processing of invoices and expense reports.
- Respond to inquiries about operations-related issues.
- Generate reports and analyze data for process improvement.
- Support hiring and onboarding by coordinating interviews and preparing documentation.
- Organize team events, and meetings, and assist in project management.
About you
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, law, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Google Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking.
