As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, resolving their queries, and providing personalised solutions to meet their needs.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise multiple tasks
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Experience with CRM software
- Previous customer service experience (desirable)
