We’re on the lookout for a friendly and capable Branch Administrator to join a well-established business in the Industrial Machinery sector. Based at the South Australian branch, this role is all about keeping things running smoothly—supporting both the sales and service teams while ensuring customers receive outstanding service every step of the way. You'll be the go-to person for a range of admin tasks, helping to keep everything on track and ticking along nicely. If you enjoy variety in your day and take pride in being organised, this could be just the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.What you'll be doing:
• Helping customers with enquiries—always with a professional and helpful attitude
• Managing rental and service agreements, including cross-hire coordination
• Taking care of invoicing, credits, and rechargeable expenses
• Keeping customer accounts accurate and up to date
• Supporting the sales team with admin tasks
• Handling service, work, and purchase orders
• Assisting with branch sales and service forecasts, and compiling performance reports
• Contributing to month-end reporting to support accurate financial records
• Coordinating site access for technicians and organising fleet movements
About you:
• You’ve got solid admin experience, ideally from a fast-paced environment
• You’re enthusiastic, approachable and bring great energy to the team
• You’re confident using Microsoft Office, and Salesforce experience is a bonus
• You’re a clear communicator and enjoy working with people
• You’ve got an eagle eye for detail and a knack for staying organised
• You take ownership of your work and love ticking things off your to-do list
