An exciting opportunity exists for an organised and proactive Sales Administration Officer to join a growing national business that supplies high-quality products to the industrial, automotive, and retail sectors. This role is crucial to the coordination of the internal sales function and plays a key role in supporting a high-performing field and national sales team.Key Responsibilities -
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the National and Field Sales teams
• Assist in the preparation of sales reporting, pricing, and market gap analysis
• Support in the planning and execution of trade events, promotional activity, and internal communications
• Coordinate product range documentation, data files, and customer submissions
• Manage internal documentation and communication flow between departments
• Maintain and update pricing files and sales databases
• Assist with booking travel, meeting planning, and key stakeholder communication
• Liaise effectively across departments to ensure smooth sales operations and delivery of national account activity
About You -
• Previous experience in a sales administration or coordination role, is ideal, but NOT a must
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise and work under pressure with great attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills and confident communication style
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• A proactive and energetic team player
• Willingness to travel interstate occasionally when required
