About the RoleAs an Account Development Manager, you’ll focus on growing solution adoption within existing mid-market and enterprise clients. Collaborating across customer success, sales, and marketing, you’ll take a consultative approach to identify pain points, present solutions, and influence decision-makers - especially within the Office of the CFO.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify growth opportunities across an existing client portfolio;
- Build account plans and proactively deepen relationships across key stakeholders;
- Work closely with PreSales, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams;
- Deliver product demos, presentations, and tailored proposals to expand footprint;
- Negotiate commercial agreements in collaboration with legal and delivery teams;
- Ensure accurate CRM tracking, pipeline management, and forecasting; and
- Drive customer advocacy and long-term client success.
- 5+ years B2B sales experience, including 2+ years selling at C-level;
- Proven ability to grow existing accounts and exceed software/SaaS targets;
- Experience selling to finance leaders or the Office of the CFO;
- Strong relationship management and consultative selling skills;
- Confident presenting to executive stakeholders and building cross-functional trust; and
- CRM experience and disciplined forecasting approach.
