Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of long standing clients
- Assist and mentor junior brokers
- Help develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in commercial insurance
- Proven experience working with Mid-Market to Corporate Clients
- Strong understanding of the insurance industry and market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong business development and negotiation skills
