Zoom Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to work on an ongoing assignment based in Berri .

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our client's team with a well-known gas / gas cylinder company. This is an opportunity to showcase your sales skills, promote new products, and contribute to the overall success of the organisation.
In this role you will be a point of contact with customers (residential and commercial), including but not limited to, establishing accounts, customer enquiries, processing orders and payments, advising customers on usage and delivery, selling and arranging installation of appliances and managing debtors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attending to enquiries received through emails, over the phone or face to face
- Processing of orders and payments
- Liaising with dealers, contractors and customers
- Updating and entering customer records and details
- Taking overflow calls from other centers
- Processing invoices
- Setup new domestic or commercial accounts
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Be safety conscious and abide by all regulations associated with the position
The successful candidate will have:
- Recent administration and customer service experience (min. 2 years)
- Computer skills including email and Microsoft Office Suite
- Be tech savvy
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication (verbal and written)
- Ability to work in a team environment and at times to work autonomously
- Strong, motivated work ethic and proactive attitude
- Ability to complete mandatory Drug and Alcohol testing and Functional Assessment
- Ability to work fulltime hours, Mon - Fri
