What You'll Be Trusted With:
* Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of site HSE systems
* Acting as a key safety contact - visible, supportive, and proactive
* Conducting inspections, audits, and risk assessments with confidence
* Collaborating with supervisors, client representatives, workers, and stakeholders to embed best practices
* Leading toolbox talks, safety briefings, and contributing to training initiatives
* Assisting with incident investigations and promoting a learning culture
* Supporting a positive safety brand and upholding company values
What You Bring:
* Cert IV in Work Health & Safety (minimum)
* Current First Aid qualification
* Previous HSE experience in civil construction, infrastructure, or similar environments
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first attitude
* A genuine commitment to safety - not just compliance, but culture
* Confidence in engaging with all levels of site personnel
* An ability to problem-solve, think pragmatically, and adapt quickly on site
* A good attitude
