About the company
This is a small but rapidly growing Australian business with a team of 12, specialising in maintenance is seeking an experienced Maintenance Carpenter to come on board working 5 days a week in the Blue Mountains area.
About the role

Reporting directly to the owner of the business, you will have autonomy in this role and be provided with a supportive team environment with training & development opportunities. Your success in this role will be determined by your attitude, work ethic & attention to detail skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out all required minor and some major modification and maintenance works for individuals
- Maintaining all required work related job records as per service policy and procedure
- Follow organisational and service specific policies and procedures
- Supervising other external trades staff involved in individual jobs
- Engaging in all required and identified training and education
Skills & experience
- Previous experience as a carpenter / handyman is essential for this role.
- Relevant Carpentry qualifications
- You must have a hard work ethic and be able to work autonomously
- Trade skills or prior handyman skills is desirable
- Have the physical ability to lift heavy objects on occasion
- Have an Australian Driver's License & Construction White card.
