About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced Landscape Operations Manager to take the lead on end-to-end project delivery - from team management and client engagement to commercial performance and strategic planning. This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone who thrives in a high-performance environment, leads by example, and delivers results while building strong, lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of multiple commercial landscaping projects across Sydney.
- Oversee project delivery from inception to completion, ensuring time-lines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Manage and mentor project managers, site supervisors, and field teams to drive performance and maintain a positive culture.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication and strong relationships.
- Monitor and control project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to ensure commercial success.
- Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and construction innovations to maintain a competitive edge and drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, and team performance.
What We're Looking For:
- 10+ year's experience in the landscaping/civil construction industry
- Proven background in management and operations across large-scale commercial projects
- Strong understanding of current market conditions, construction practices, and industry trends
- Relevant qualifications in landscape construction, civil, or project management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and financial management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously, ensuring high-quality delivery and profitability
