We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to assist individuals with community access and personal/self-care tasks . This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who genuinely cares about improving quality of life and encouraging independence.
About the RoleIn this diverse support role, you'll assist clients with:

Community access (shopping, appointments, social outings, recreational activities)

Personal and self-care tasks (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, medication prompts)

Daily living skills and independence-building activities

Promoting dignity, choice, and inclusion at all times

A reliable, empathetic, and respectful person

Great communication skills and a person-centred mindset

Ability to work independently and follow support plans

Availability for a range of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends

Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability or Aged Care) or equivalent

Current Australian Driver's Licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle

Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
