Role/Responsibilities

We are looking to appoint a full-time Business and Administration Analyst to be located in our clients Sydney CBD based team. The role will primarily focus on the investor administration and maintenance of investment products and service providers. However, you will work closely with all business units, particularly sales and product, middle office operations, and finance and external business partners.

This position will report to the COO and will be trained and guided into a key member of the Sales and Product team to be a key enabler of growth and value.
Performance bonus, study support and potential equity opportunities are available for the right candidate.

Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • ­Satisfying administrative enquiries from our registry, fund administration, responsible entity and other key service providers
  • Monitoring service levels and maintaining relationships with the above-mentioned service providers
  • Implementing client rebates and new fund addition to financial planning platforms
  • Managing fund audits, offer documents and fee disclosures (RG97)
  • Support in relevant RFPs and data requests
  • Support the gathering and retention of assets under management as a member of the Sales and Product team
  • Provide input into the marketing collateral, including presentations, flyers and the website
  • Collection and reporting of client data
  • Overall maintenance of the managed fund products to ensure seamless operation


About you
You are looking to begin a career in product development with 3 to 5 years' experience in financial services.
Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:

  • Experience in registry services and/or fund administration
  • Experience in middle office services
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving skills and attention for detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Graduate or post-graduate in Business, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline
  • Calm and accurate under pressure and able to manage and prioritise your workload effectively
  • A quick learner who will demonstrate the ability to take on further responsibility over time
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software like Salesforce
  • Understanding of financial products, markets and the Australian financial advice landscape
