Description:
The client is on the lookout for two passionate and customer-focused Assistant Store Managers to support the teams at both Carlton and Crows Nest locations in Sydney. In this role you will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, lead a dynamic team, and ensure a top-tier customer experience, while stepping up to run the store in their absence.
Key Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in daily operations and achieving sales targets

Lead, motivate, and develop team members

Deliver exceptional customer service through expert product knowledge and styling advice

Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and store presentation

Promote the company values, culture, and safety standards

Champion energy-efficient solutions and stay updated on product trends
About You
-
Previous experience in retail management or a supervisory role (homewares or lighting a plus)
- Previous experience in a showroom enviroment
- A hands-on, customer-first attitude

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Able to work weekends, late trading hours, and rotating rosters

Results-driven with a passion for leading a team to success
