Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead their retail team and drive the success of their high-quality furniture store.
As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, and achieving sales targets. You will lead a team, ensuring they embody the clients company values of quality and service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations and manage a team.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and foster a positive shopping environment.
- Meet and exceed sales goals and KPI's.
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.

Requirements:
