Reporting to the Clinical Practice Lead, and working with other team members, your specialist role is to support those experiencing grief and bereavement through best-practice counselling and support.
Your responsibilities also include maintaining client notes, liaising with other organisations to provide a multi-agency response where required, and compliance with the national clinical governance framework. You’ll maintain effective working relationships with relevant referral sources, and work collaboratively with internal and eternal stakeholders.
For this specialist role, you’ll need relevant tertiary qualifications and eligibility for clinical registration with PACFA, AASW, APS, ACA or AHPRA and experience in delivering grief and bereavement services.
