Are you a dedicated Enrolled Nurse with a passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care? We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Enrolled Nurse to support our Registered Nurses/Midwives in providing exceptional care, while working in line with regulatory and statutory requirements.
About the Role:
As an Enrolled Nurse , you will assist in the provision of nursing and midwifery care under the guidance and supervision of a Registered Nurse/Midwife. Your role will involve delivering care that is tailored to the needs of each patient, working within your scope from novice to proficient practice. While you will work closely with the Registered Nurse/Midwife, you will also retain responsibility for your own actions, ensuring high standards of care and accountability at all times.
What We're Looking For:
- Enrolled or eligible for enrolment as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
- Experience in the provision of nursing care in the healthcare setting in accordance with the appropriate standards of practice.
