About the Position:
We are currently seeking a dedicated General Practitioner to join our team and serve the communities in and around Huonville, TAS , primarily within Aged Care facilities. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a growing region while enjoying a fulfilling work-life balance, surrounded by Hobart’s stunning landscapes and vibrant culture.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Pay: Earn $2,000 per day (for an 8-hour workday).
- Supportive Environment: Work alongside a team of nurses, telehealth geriatricians, physicians, and enjoy strong administrative support.
- Patient Volume: See up to approximately 25 patients per day.
- Flexible Schedule: Part-time role, working 1 day per week (with the flexibility to choose your working days).

What We’re Looking For:
- AHPRA Registration: General or Specialist registration (no conditions). Overseas applicants without RACGP Fellowship need not apply.
- Availability: Able to work 1 day per week, with potential for additional hours as the region grows.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in system-based reporting and familiarity with various software packages is a plus.
Requirements:
- A personal laptop is required to perform the duties of this position.
Non-Vocationally Registered GPs: If you’re nearing completion of your RACGP or FACRRM Fellowship, we encourage you to apply. Daily Rate: $1,700 to $1,800 per day.
