Typical responsibilities include:
- Completing assessment (vocational capability, workplace, ergonomic etc)
- Liaising between employers, employees, insurance companies and other health professionals
- Making referrals to other health professionals as needed
- Case management (goal setting, setting return to work plans, following up on progress)
If you are a clinician with over 12 - 18 months post grad experience looking to move into Occ Rehab, full training can be provided as long as you have a genuine passion for workplace injury management. If you're an experienced Rehabilitation Consultant, you can expect the great opportunities available when working with a market leader.
