As we continue to grow our business, we are looking for our next Account Specialist. This role is responsible for overseeing designated client contracts within the facility management and electrical services sector. This role focuses on maintaining client satisfaction, ensuring service delivery compliance, and coordinating with internal teams to meet contractual obligations, managing costs and the timely resolution of any contractual issues in a security-conscious environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and ensure delivery of and achievement of all contract KPIs to client satisfaction.
• Manage budget/Assist management of budget for the contract.
• Coordinate the completion of monthly programmed maintenance activities.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of all maintenance records and compliance paperwork.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients and senior management.
• Identify potential risks to contract performance and develop mitigation strategies.
• Manage resolution of any contractual issues in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Manage any vendor or supplier contracts that deliver to the contract.
About You
• Proven experience in account management or business development within the electrical or related industries
• Excellent communicator and negotiator with the ability to influence decisions
• Commercially minded with a strategic approach to identifying and solving customer needs
• Self-motivated, professional and highly organised.
• Preferable Certificate IV in Project Management, Business or related trade field.
• Knowledge of electrical systems & maintenance requirements.
• Familiarity with Australian workplace health and safety regulations
• Previous experience with compliance reporting and KPI monitoring.
