Delaware North Australia is hiring a Front Office Team Leader to join the team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin. In this hands-on, customer-focused role, you will lead the team to meet brand standards and guest expectations, using your strong leadership and organisational skills for exceptional service and efficient operations.

- Assist the management team in day-to-day supervision of Front Office operations
- Lead and mentor the Front Office team to service excellence
- Maximise guest satisfaction by managing guest complaints effectively
- Develop strong relationships with all departments and stakeholders
- Promote a guest culture of "fun and entertainment" through active employee engagement
- Assist with employee training and performance management
- Demonstrated experience in a hotel leadership position, preferably in a 4+ star property
- Qualifications Hotel Management or Hospitality studies is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of hotel reservation systems (Opera advantageous)
- Full availability to work on a 24/7 rotating roster
- Ability to train and motivate a team
