Woods & Co Recruitment is excited to partner with one of Australia’s most iconic lifestyle brands to find a driven and enthusiastic Store Manager for their Market City outlet store. This is a fixed-term full-time role, for a dynamic leader who’s ready to take on a challenge in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Lead your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Drive store KPIs and budgets through effective team management
  • Execute Visual Merchandising and make creative floor decisions
  • Manage stock processes, prioritising tasks and operations
  • Use data to make smarter business decisions for store growth
What you’ll bring:
  • 2+ years’ experience in retail store management
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a sales-driven team
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in VM and stock processes
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions to improve business performance
  • A collaborative and motivational leadership style
