You will have:
. It is a REQUIREMENT that the Design Frame Modelling Project Manager has a minimum of 8 years Industry experience in Project Management in order to meet the Level 3 DSS panel requirements.
The successful candidate must hold a recognised project management professional qualification (such as registered project managers under Australian Institute of Project Managers (AIPM) or must demonstrably meet the full eligibility criteria to obtain such accreditation within six weeks of engagement.
It is HIGHLY DESIRABLE that the Design Modelling Project Manager has the following qualifications:
The successful candidate must have a demonstrable understanding of the content of Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) and its application, the Defence project management environment (and Defence methodologies), and PMMv2
- Minimum of 8 years of Industry experience in ICT Project Management in order to meet the Level 3 DSS panel requirements.
- Experience in delivering within PRINCE 2, MSP or P30 and AGILE process frameworks.
- Experience in defence project management processes, preferably within the Land Domain.
- Experience in Delivering within the One Defence Capability Model environment.
- Experience in managing multidisciplinary engineering teams of

- Tertiary qualifications and significant experience (min 8 years) with program or project management, preferably within the digital integration or information communications technology domains and be aware of current and emerging Defence Digital Systems technology
- It is DESIRABLE the Modelling Project Manager has the following qualifications and experience:
- Demonstrated evidence of working within, and leading, multi-discipline ICT teams.
- High level project management skills, knowledge and experience in multiple project management methodologies, techniques and frameworks.
- High level leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage cross organisation collaboration activities with a diverse workforce and stakeholder network.
- Experience in managing or contributing to Army/ Defence Project teams and/ or Program Management Offices, or those of similar size/ complexity civilian organisations.
- Experience working in a systems engineering, ICT, mechatronic engineering or related technical field.
- Delivering within the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act.
- Understanding of The Commonwealth procurement process.
- Delivering within a Systems Engineering framework.
- Experience with working on key military materiel technology projects ideally within live environments.
- Experience with Delivering within the One Defence Capability System environment.
