About the Role

We are looking for experienced and motivated Enrolled Nurses to step into this rewarding opportunity. At this level, you will work more autonomously, delivering high-quality, person-centred care while retaining accountability to the Registered Nurse or Midwife for delegated functions. You will have the opportunity to utilise your full scope of practice across a range of roles, responsibilities, and decision-making activities, supported by a collaborative and professional environment that values your expertise.

As a proficient or expert Enrolled Nurse in your specialist field, you will play a vital role in supporting the health and wellbeing of our patients. About You

You are a skilled and committed Advanced Enrolled Nurse, passionate about delivering exceptional, person-centred care and ready to contribute your expertise to a supportive and dynamic team.

  • Enrolled or eligible for enrolment with the Nursing Board of Australia, holding (or eligible to hold) a current practising certificate.

  • Highly specialised in your field, with strong communication skills, a commitment to client and family-centred care, and the ability to work collaboratively.

  • Hold an Advanced Diploma of Enrolled Nursing with three years' experience, or five years' full-time equivalent experience with demonstrated advanced skills.

  • Strong knowledge of the Advanced Enrolled Nurse role, including relevant legislation, standards, codes of ethics, and professional practice frameworks.
