This position requires the manager to hire, train and supervise café staff, order café supplies, resolve customer complaints, and ensure that food health and safety regulations are adhered to.

•? ?Manage and oversee the entire cafe operation
•? ?Deliver superior customer services and ensure good service by accepting feedback
•? ?Plan new and update existing menus by consulting with the Head Chef and management
•? ?Plan and develop the overall restaurant marketing strategy
•? ?Organise to participate at local food events
•? ?Respond efficiently to customer questions and complaints
•? ?Organize and supervise shifts of floor staffs
•? ?Recruitment and training of new employees, whilst evaluating staff performance.
•? ?Estimate consumption, forecast requirements, and maintain inventory for daily restaurant service and special functions (as per the customer requirement)
•? ?Manage supplies, control costing, and minimize waste
•? ?Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions
•? ?Implement innovative strategies to improve productivity and sales
Qualification & Experience•? ?Relevant qualification at the level of a Certificate III in management or higher
•? ?The position requires the manager to have essential skills such as interpersonal skills, Organisational Skills, Customer Service Skills, Commercial Awareness, Problem Solving and Teamwork.
•? ?Requirement to work on weekends
