Description:

Lead the Success Factors project implementation ensuring strategic alignment and successful
delivery. -
Develop program governance structures, managing risks, budgets, and
dependencies. -
Work closely with HR, IT, Finance, and external vendors to ensure smooth
implementation within agreed timeframes and budgets. -
Monitor progress through KPIs and drive stakeholder engagement across the
organization. -
Ensure compliance with regulatory and data security requirements. - Other ad hoc tasks
Requirements:
We are seeking experienced Success Factors candidates who have a passion for process improvement and change management. Those who have strong payroll knowledge and have worked on similar implementations in the past will be looked upon favourably.
