We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented People and Culture Support Officer to join our growing People & Culture team. If you're passionate about HR, highly organised, and ready to support a diverse team with your expertise in HR systems, compliance, and documentation, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative support to the People & Culture teams, including Payroll, Employee Relations, P&C Business Partners, Talent & Acquisition, and Organisational Development.Respond to HR-related requests from employees in a professional, respectful, and constructive manner.Manage HR documentation and records, ensuring they are compliant, accurate, and fit for purpose.Assist with the preparation of employment-related documents such as contracts, variations, competency pay increases, and probation assessments.Support employment compliance by monitoring and ensuring adherence to legal, industry, and business requirements.Collaborate across departments to gather information, research, and prepare reports that support HR functions.Assist with the implementation of employment policies and procedures across the organisation.Efficiently manage emails, triage requests, and assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required. What We’re Looking For: Demonstrated experience in providing administrative support within a Human Resources environment.Demonstrated understanding of confidentiality and professional boundariesProven experience with HRIS and payroll systems, along with advanced Microsoft Office skills.Strong understanding of the employee life cycle and HR processes.Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments, contributing to a positive workplace culture.A self-starter with the initiative to take ownership of tasks and work independently.Experience managing HR documentation, records, and creating reports from systems.Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to compliance.
