We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Baker to join our team.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Baker to:

1. Prepare, mix, bake, and present a variety of bread products including artisan, traditional, and specialty breads
2. Follow established Bakers Delight recipes and procedures to maintain consistency
3. Manage dough proofing, mixing, shaping, and baking
4. Work in a team environment to meet production targets
5. Operate baking equipment safely and maintain workplace hygiene
6. Assist in stock control, quality checks, and cleaning duties
7. Work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays as required

What We Are Looking For

1. Minimum 2-3 years of commercial baking experience
2. Formal qualifications in Baking (preferred) or substantial hands-on experience
3. Good understanding of baking processes, food safety, and OH&S practices
4. Reliable, punctual, and passionate about producing quality products
5. Able to work independently and as part of a supportive team
6. Good communication skills and a can-do attitude
7. Previous experience with bread production highly desirable
