The core duties of the role will include but are not limited to:
- Staff management, rostering and training
- Daily banking and reconciliation reports
- Management and ordering of stock
- Presentation and preparation of quality food and grocery options
- Direct communication link with suppliers
- Required reporting of fuel, stock and sales
- Coordination and management of on-site kitchen, supply and service
- Responsibility for maintaining the store and ensuring effective retail service for the customer base including conflict resolution
- Management of workplace OH&S
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the ability to manage a variety of tasks in an effective manner to ensure the smooth operation and maximise the full potential of the outlet. It is highly preferred that previous retail management experience of a service station or similar retail outlet can be demonstrated within application. Basic food handling and storage skills are highly desired within the role.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
