• Advising on general commercial matters, including contracts, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and transactions.
• Collaborating with senior business leaders to align legal and business strategies, and mitigating risks.
• Managing legal disputes and ensuring compliance across business operations.
• Mentoring junior legal team members to foster their professional growth.

• 8+ years PQE with experience in general commercial law, particularly in contract law, corporate governance, and regulatory matters.
• Strong experience advising senior leadership on legal issues that impact business strategy.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly.
• Proven experience managing commercial legal disputes and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• A collaborative, solutions-driven approach to legal challenges.
