Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage head and subcontractor agreements , including procurement, scope definition, and contract negotiation
- Administer all progress claims, variations, EOTs, RFIs, and NODs
- Coordinate closely with site and project teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
- Maintain cost reports , cashflow forecasts, and ensure project spend is within budget
- Manage ongoing liaison with clients, consultants, and stakeholders , ensuring expectations are clearly communicated and contractually aligned
- Assist in running project meetings , reporting, and documentation compliance
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years' experience as a Contracts Administrator on high-end or complex construction projects
- Solid track record with heritage refurbishments / hospitality developments or high-end residential.
- Outstanding attention to detail - someone who is measured, precise, and doesn't miss a beat
- Comfortable operating in a client-facing role , dealing with corporate stakeholders and managing communication professionally
- Strong working knowledge of construction contracts
- Proficient in construction software such as Jobpac, Procore, CostX, or similar
- Qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related fields

Remuneration
- Base salary of $135,000 + Super , negotiable depending on experience
- Stable, long-term opportunity on a 2-year landmark project
