Could you be the full-time onsite Project Planning Manager in Dandenong we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your project planning expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.
You'll drive impactful project outcomes by developing and updating schedules that align with contractual requirements and stakeholder inputs. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, procurement, and operations), lead regular project schedule review sessions, and influence the alignment of stakeholders' schedules, ensuring seamless project execution, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:

Identifying and mitigating scheduling risks to project timelines ,

Effectively communicating scheduling results in various formats to stakeholders ,

Leading regular project schedule review sessions to ensure alignment and progress ,

Influencing the development and alignment of schedules across project stakeholders ,

Ensuring compliance with contractual requirements in schedule development ,
-
Supporting project teams in achieving on-time delivery objectives

Knowledge of scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project. ,

Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. ,

Experience or understanding of project planning and scheduling in complex environments.
