We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Youth Consultant to join our growing team. You'll provide tailored support to help young people in NE Melbourne achieve sustainable employment.
What's great about this role:
- Mentor a small caseload of clients
- Provide coaching and motivation from job prep to 26 week outcomes
- Spend time understanding client needs and match them to employers
- Work in the field and office with a company vehicle
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and inspire clients to build skills and confidence
- Create tailored support plans
- Help clients find meaningful job opportunities
- Build employer networks
- Provide post-placement support

To be successful you'll ideally have:
- Employment services experience
- Communication and rapport building skills
